Santa Cruz Wharf

West Cliff Drive, Lighthouse Point & Steamer Lane
As the day winds down, take a scenic drive along West Cliff Drive. This 3-mile stretch runs right along the coast with views of cliffs, coves, and surfers below. Stop at Lighthouse Point to check out the Surfing Museum, then walk over to Steamer Lane to watch the pros ride the waves. Natural Bridges State Beach

Tide pools line the edge of the beach, and from fall through winter, monarch butterflies gather in the eucalyptus grove along the nearby trail.
